Every course, every shortcut, every hazard. Master the terrain across 3 distinct biomes and gain the geographical advantage over your rivals in Super Battle Golf.

How Courses Work in Super Battle Golf

Super Battle Golf features 27 unique golf courses spread across 3 distinct biomes, with each biome containing 9 holes. Every course is designed with a unique combination of terrain features, environmental hazards, and hidden shortcuts that reward map knowledge.

Unlike traditional golf games, these courses are combat zones. Narrow bridges become ambush points. Open fairways become kill zones. Understanding the geography of each map is just as important as mastering the items — sometimes even more so.

The developers have also teased a 4th biome with 9 additional courses in an upcoming content update, which would bring the total to 36 maps!

BIOME 1: GRASSLANDS

🌿 Overview

Difficulty: Easy to Medium | Courses: 9 | Theme: Rolling green hills, gentle water hazards, classic fairways

The Grasslands biome serves as the introductory set of courses in Super Battle Golf. These maps feature relatively gentle terrain with wide fairways, simple water hazards, and shallow bunkers. However, don't be fooled — the openness of these courses makes them perfect arenas for long-range rocket attacks and cart rampages.

📍 Notable Courses:

Rookie Course

The flattest, most straightforward course in the game. Perfect for learning the controls and experimenting with items. Features minimal hazards and wide pathways — ideal for beginners who just want to practice their swing.

Bonny Greens

A pastoral course with elevated tee positions and a winding path through gentle hills. The elevation changes here are your first introduction to Super Battle Golf's physics — a downhill shot behaves very differently from a flat one. Watch for item suitcases near the large oak trees.

Ridgerock Lake

A deceptively beautiful lakeside course with narrow bridges connecting small islands. One wrong step (or one well-placed landmine) and you're taking a swim. The bridges create natural chokepoints — perfect for ambushes.

💡 Grasslands Strategy Tips:

  • Wide open = sniper territory. Keep moving. Standing still on a Grasslands course makes you an easy Rocket Launcher target.
  • Golf Carts dominate here. The flat terrain is perfect for cart rampages.
  • Mine the bridges. Every Grasslands course has at least one narrow crossing. Mine it.

BIOME 2: DESERT

🏜️ Overview

Difficulty: Medium to Hard | Courses: 9 | Theme: Arid canyons, sand traps, rocky cliffs, cacti

The Desert biome cranks up the difficulty considerably. Sand traps are everywhere, slowing your ball's momentum and punishing imprecise shots. The terrain is more vertical, with towering mesas and narrow canyon paths that make navigation treacherous. Cart usage is more limited due to rocky terrain.

Desert 1 - Showdown

A dramatic course set in a wide canyon with a single, narrow ridge path connecting the tee to the green. It's called "Showdown" for a reason — on this course, confrontation is unavoidable. The tight corridors force players into close-quarters combat where items like the Dueling Pistol and Air Horn excel.

💡 Desert Strategy Tips:

  • Avoid sand at all costs. The speed reduction is brutally punishing in a game where everyone is racing.
  • Elevation is king. Players on higher ground can see everyone below and land devastating attacks.
  • Spring Boots shine here. The verticality of Desert maps makes jumping shortcuts extremely valuable.

BIOME 3: WILDWEATHER

🌪️ Overview

Difficulty: Hard | Courses: 9 | Theme: Dense forests, storms, dynamic weather hazards, fog

Wildweather Woods is where Super Battle Golf expects you to have truly mastered the game. These courses feature dense vegetation that blocks line of sight, dynamic weather effects that alter ball physics, and labyrinthine forest paths with multiple branching routes. The fog can hide both opportunities and threats.

Wildweather Woods

The signature course of this biome. A dense forest with multiple winding paths to the hole — but only one is truly efficient. Finding and memorizing the optimal route is the key to dominating here. The canopy overhead blocks the Orbital Laser, making this one of the few maps where ground-based items reign supreme.

💡 Wildweather Strategy Tips:

  • Learn the paths. Multiple routes exist, but the fastest one is often hidden. Exploration pays off.
  • Mines are devastating in forests. Tight paths + poor visibility = mine paradise.
  • Electromagnet is essential. With limited dodge room, a defensive shield keeps you alive.

🔜 Biome 4: Coming Soon!

The developers at Brimstone Games have confirmed a 4th biome with 9 brand-new courses is in development. Stay tuned — we'll update this guide the moment it drops. Bookmark this page to be the first to master the new maps!

General Map Strategy for Super Battle Golf

Regardless of which biome you are playing, certain principles apply to every match in Super Battle Golf. First and foremost, always keep moving between shots — stationary players are easy targets for rockets and orbital lasers. Secondly, memorize the location of item suitcase spawns on each course; the player who reaches a suitcase first often controls the pace of the entire hole. Finally, pay attention to the terrain under your ball. Sand slows movement, water resets your position, and slope angles dramatically affect shot distance. Mastering these environmental factors across all 27 courses is what separates casual players from consistent winners in the competitive multiplayer arena.
